A fishing village to the north of Anatolian Kavak (Anadolu Kavagi) Anatolian Lighthouse (Anadolu Feneri) can be reached via the highway from Beykoz. It is famous for its fish and scenery just like other villages on the Bosphorus strait. The lighthouse in this village is one of the rare structures t hat are preserved in original form. It was built in 1834 and served to guide British and French vessels crossing the strait during the Crimean War.
