How to make a Turkish Coffee ?? For 3 Person
Needs: Turkish Coffee pot , Turkish Coffee (two and half tea spoon)
Directions: Put Three Turkish Coffee cups of water into Turkish Coffee pot and boil it in a slow fire with mixing it with a spoon (I prefer wooden mixer) until it boils with foam on it . When you see foam on your boiling Turkish Coffee share its foam to three Turkish Coffee cups but do not pour all coffee into cups first foam then boil it a little more and start to fill cups with coffee and it is ready to serve.
