  2. Hello,

My name is Elizabeth and I am a marketing student at Drexel University in the United States. This summer I am working as a research assistant under a PhD candidate at my university. The project we are working on has to do with the effect of disability legislation on global tourism. To get started, we are looking at top tourist destinations as of 2013 according to the list released by Euromonitor International. We are then looking at each city in regards to their accessibility for disabled tourists.

Part of my job is compiling data that relates tourism and accessibility. To do so, I was hoping to be able to get an estimate of the number of disabled tourists that visit each city every year.

Unfortunately, this information has been rather difficult to come across. I am writing in hopes that your website has access to either an estimate of what those numbers would look like or could recommend a source to me that may be able to provide those numbers to me. I am looking specifically for numbers in 2013, but any data or sources that you may have would be a great help.

    Thank you in advance,

    Elizabeth

  3. Dear Madam, Sir,

We’d like to introduce ourselves: we are a young couple who travel the world and share our experiences and travel reviews on our website http://www.visitistanbul.com
We will be traveling to Istanbul from 17-20 July and would love to get in touch with the tourism board to get to know inside tips and tricks of what to see and where to go. We are keen to go off the beaten track, discover the hidden gems of Istanbul and share our experience of your hotel with our readers.
Please let us know if there is anyone specific to speak to to take this further.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best,
    Nina
